Manx CPV is an innovative platform that will be instrumental in the development of the cannabis sector in the Isle of Man.
We are integrating our property expertise with medicinal cannabis cultivation. Through on site research and development we aim to be the forefront of medicinal applications, drive the development of innovative delivery mechanisms and provide genetic specific solutions as the applications from cannabis treatment continue to broaden. As a island origin company, we embody the island’s reputation for innovation, professionalism, value creation and positive engagement.
Our roots
We are part of Peel NRE, which is itself part of Peel L&P. Peel NRE works in partnership with investors, technology providers, businesses and the public sector to provide bespoke real estate, infrastructure and operational solutions for the low carbon and circular economy sector.
Peel L&P owns and manages 12 million sq ft of property and 20,000 acres of land and water. Its holdings are concentrated in the north-west of England, but it also owns and manages significant assets throughout the UK and the Isle of Man with a total portfolio value of £2.6 billion.
